Refund Policy

Mounjaro is a prescription medicine dispensed at Skin Lab Clinic (Gotanda, Tokyo), operated by Miratan General Incorporated Association, by a licensed Japanese physician, in person at the clinic on the day of your appointment. Payment is taken when you book and is received directly by the clinic; refunds are issued by the clinic to your original payment method.

• If a prescription cannot be issued: if, after examining you in person at the clinic, the clinic's physician determines that Mounjaro is not suitable for you, your payment will be refunded in full to your original payment method. You are never charged for medication you do not receive.
• After dispensing: for safety and quality reasons, medication that has been dispensed cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. This is standard practice for prescription pharmaceuticals.
• If you do not attend: if you do not come to your appointment and do not contact us, your booking is held for 30 days. Contact us on LINE or WhatsApp within that time and we will rebook you or refund you in full.
• Cancellation: you may cancel free of charge at any time before your appointment. If you cannot make your booked date, contact us on LINE or WhatsApp and we will reschedule at no charge.
