Terms of Service

Medical care offered through this site is provided by Skin Lab Clinic (Gotanda, Tokyo), operated by Miratan General Incorporated Association ("we"). Examination, the decision to prescribe, issuance of the prescription and dispensing of medication are all carried out by the clinic under its own medical judgement and responsibility, and payment is received directly by the clinic. This website is built and maintained on the clinic's behalf by HADO Inc.

By booking and paying you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Mounjaro (tirzepatide) is a prescription medicine. Your booking constitutes a booking and prepayment for medical treatment; medication is dispensed only after a physician licensed in Japan examines you in person at the clinic and issues a prescription. If no prescription can be issued, you are refunded in full.
• Your payment is received directly by Skin Lab Clinic, operated by Miratan General Incorporated Association.
• All prices are shown in Japanese yen and your card is charged in Japanese yen. If your card is issued outside Japan, your card issuer applies its own exchange rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee, so the amount in your home currency is determined by them, not by us.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete health information at your appointment. Providing false information may endanger your health and voids our liability.
• Treatment is provided as private (self-pay) medical care and is not covered by Japanese public health insurance.
• Medication is collected in person at Skin Lab Clinic (Gotanda, Tokyo) on the day of your appointment. We do not ship medication, either within Japan or abroad, and you may not resell or forward it.
• You must attend your appointment at the clinic at the time you booked. If you cannot attend, contact us on WhatsApp or LINE before your appointment to reschedule.
• Follow the storage and usage instructions provided with your medication. Unopened pens are stable at room temperature (up to 30°C) for 21 days; after that, and once in use, store them as instructed. Contact the clinic immediately on LINE or WhatsApp if you experience concerning side effects, or seek emergency care.
• Responsibility for the medical care provided, and for this booking and payment, rests with Skin Lab Clinic. HADO Inc. builds and maintains this website on the clinic behalf and does not practise medicine or receive payment.
• Individual results vary. Weight-loss outcomes shown on this site are averages from published clinical trials and are not a guarantee.
